Because of our in depth knowledge of building by laws and project coordination, promoters are highly benefited with additional FAR. Additional FAR adjusted above under construction towers and additional super luxury 55 story tower has been approved by authorities and construction will start soon.

Complete Landscape of Part B including club house Architecture and Interiors are also designed and coordinated by KTA. Major task is to rejuvenate all 23 towers in accordance to Master plan along with drop off and Entrance Lobbies to give fresh and contemporary look. Mostly Twin Apartments, 4 and 5 BHK attached with the core facing central green of Part A & Part B connected with green lawns over the deck. Part A with swimming pool is completed and Part B few Towers additional floors along with non-tower, commercial block is under construction.
