Global i Tower

Commercial office complex plus an IT Park, ‘Global I’ is located on Mathura Road highway, in close proximity to the YMCA Chowk Metro station, on the NH-2. The Built form is placed away from the front road to get a wider width of the building. A simple efficient form with angular glass façade and exaggerated corners form the emphasized architectural elements, along with a high Atrium in the center. A challenging assignment, handling of a 4.9 Lac Sq.Ft. of space, with what was then an upcoming developer, the first project for Piyush Group.
