Global I Piyush Builders

‘Global I’ is located on NH-2 (Mathura road highway), in close proximity to the YMCA chowk metro station. A commercial office complex and an IT Park, its built form is placed facing away from the main road to get a wider width of the building.

It was a challenging project, what with handling of 4.9 lac sq. ft. space for an upcoming developer at the time and our first project with the Piyush Group.

Design Concept

A simple and efficient form with angular glass façade and exaggerated corners, combined with a high atrium in the centre, form the emphasized architectural elements. A combination of clear and tinted glass façade further dramatize this feel.

The structure is surrounded by landscaped greens and a water body, enhancing its visual appeal.
