This is a multi-story group housing project spread across 16.84 acres of land with total built up area of 18,30,000 sq. ft. The project has 23 twin towers with G + 10 floors and G+ 17 floors. The Housing complex accommodates 32 luxury villas of 5 bhk, 441 apartments of 4 bhk and 32 apartments of 5 bhk, 195 EWS apartments and 195 services apartments. In addition it also provides for a parking to accommodate 1425 cars.
The plot is divided into two parts, A & B with the DMRC tunnel connecting to North Service Yard.
Construction of this project was halted midway by the MCD, as they observed deviations in sanctioned plans. TDA were appointed to rescue this mega project. Our first order of business was to convince the clients to revert back to the sanctioned plans by demolishing the deviations. This brought the project back to a steady pace of construction. The primary architects were rescinded and TDA was given complete charge of the project.
