This project was initially awarded to a “Star Architect” firm. It got stalled. TDA was called in to save the project (yet again). The market conditions changed and we had to completely re-design the internal space and functional planning.

The mall is designed in a royal grandeur with an interconnecting bridge and large volumetric atrium, akin to imperial palaces.
