Sharma Friend’s Housing

This group housing was one of the first so called multi-story group housing projects in 1995 on 1 acre plot of 100m x 45m plot in sector-7 in Dwarka. Two towers with four apartments and one tower with two apartments with lift were proposed around a central court.

This prestigious project was designed and drafted with manual drawings and sketches. Built form, skyline parking on stilt and basement was very well coordinated with unit designs to achieve efficient parking and services. Our consultancy fees was equivalent to a 3bhk unit price in 1995.
