This exquisite residence was designed and developed for Mr. Satish Kumar Aggarwal, founder of Kamdehnu Limited.

Located on a compact plot of 4,510 sq. ft. in the premium locality of DLF Phase IV, Gurugram (near the famous Galleria market complex), this residence is not luxurious or opulent in the conventional sense. The client’s brief was to design a long lasting home for a family of six with three generations coming together under one roof.

This residence is a perfect amalgamation of flexible spatial planning, utility, luxury and contemporary outlook. Luxurious spaces enunciate details and the contemporary style employed for the residence is reflected in the choice of materials, built form and simplistic spatial planning.
